Cancellation Policy

If you need to reduce enrollment weeks or cancel your child’s enrollment, please notify us in writing before March 29th, 2024.  Cancellations are subject to a fee as per the information below.  No refunds are given after April 1, 2024.

If we are forced to close for the full summer due to COVID-19 for the safety and health of our community, all families will receive a full refund. If we are forced to close once the camp season has begun, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days of camp. 

Trailblazer Camp, Trailblazer Enrichment Camp, and Tenderfoot Camp:  $250 cancellation fee
Basketball, Reading, and Math Camp: $100 cancellation fee
Summer School: $100 cancellation fee
Early Start: $50 cancellation fee
Winter Break Camp: Fee is equal to half of total enrollment cost
Trailblazer Spring Break Camp: Fee is equal to half of total enrollment cost
