How to Apply
Now that you have all the information you need about our programs, it's time to get your child enrolled!
To begin, navigate to our camp registration software, CampMinder, by clicking the button on the right that aligns with your family's camp status. Login or create an account in CampMinder.
Please note that the CampMinder application may be blocked by certain work computers and WiFi connections. If the page won’t load, please try from another device/connection.
Once you are logged into your CampMinder account, you will see your portal dashboard. To start a new application, select Camper Application. On the Camper Application screen, you'll select the camper you are applying for or add Another Child, then the camper's information will then become available to edit. Please note that you must input your camper's grade for the current school year (2024-2025). When all your camper's information is correct, select Begin Application.
The next screen of the application will give you the option to select which camp session you are applying for. All available sessions are displayed based on your camper's age and grade. Click the Show sessions link under the program that you are applying for, then select the boxes next to the weeks or sessions you would like your camper to attend and select Continue.
Once you've selected the program and session, you will fill out the Parent Information and Additional Information pages.
The Billing Information page is the last screen you will encounter before submitting your camper's application. If you would like to pay via credit or debit card, you will select that billing method and input your card information in the next screen.
After all your information has been inputted into the Billing screen, you will submit your camper's application. Please note, payments are processed manually by the Summer Programs office when enrolling your camper, so you will not see payment taken out of your bank account at the time of application.
Once your camper's application has been submitted, you are required to fill out your camper's health form which can be found by navigating back to your portal dashboard and selecting Forms & Documents. The health form will be found on the Form & Documents page under your camper's name. The health form takes about five minutes to fill out and does not require a doctor's signature. Please note, campers will not be allowed to begin camp without a completed health form on file.
Applications can take five to seven business days to process, and you will receive a camp confirmation email when your camper is enrolled.
