Policies and Procedures

In order to enroll your child in any of our programs, you must apply online using the CampInTouch system. Applications cannot be completed in person or over the phone, though we would be happy to troubleshoot any issues or walk you through the application if needed. Please reach out to the Summer Programs office with any questions.

New families can click here to set up an account and begin an application. Returning families can click here to login to their account, update their camper's information, and apply for this season's programs. 

Deposits are required to hold your camper's spot in our Tenderfoot Camp, Trailblazer Camp, and Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic if you apply before March 31, 2025. Deposit payments are processed manually by the Summer Programs office when enrolling your camper. Please note, you will not see payment taken out of your bank account at the time of application. Campers will not be enrolled in camp without a paid deposit.

Deposit payments can be made with any major credit card, check, or cash. If you would like to make a cash or check payment in person, please reach out to the Summer Programs office to make an appointment. Checks can be made payable to Friends’ Central Summer Programs and can be sent to:

Applications for these programs submitted after April 1, 2025 will be required to pay in full to be enrolled.

Deposits for Tenderfoot and Trailblazer Camps are $500 per camper. Deposits for Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic are $100 per camper.

Payment in full is required to enroll your camper in several of our programs including Early Start Camp, Summer Boost, and our Break Camps as well as all of our Additional Options offerings. Payments in full are processed manually by the Summer Programs office when enrolling your camper. Please note, you will not see payment taken out of your bank account at the time of application. Campers will not be enrolled in the aforementioned programs and services without full payment.

All remaining balances for Tenderfoot Camp, Trailblazer Camp, and Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic are due on April 1, 2025. Families with unpaid remaining balances will have their camper's enrollment canceled. 

All families who pay with a credit card will be charged for remaining balances using the default credit card that is attached to their CampInTouch account. Changes to the default card can be made by logging into your CampInTouch account or with the Summer Programs office over the phone. 

Checks for remaining balances must be postmarked or delivered in person by April 1.

If you need to reduce the amount of weeks your child is enrolled or cancel their enrollment, please notify us in writing before March 31, 2025. Enrollment cancellations made between January 6, 2025 and March 31, 2025 are subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after April 1, 2025.

Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee will be added to your account for each camper enrollment canceled before March 31, 2025. For example, if you have enrolled two campers and are canceling both of their enrollments, you will be charged two cancellation fees, one for each camper. The remaining balance after all cancellation fees have been paid will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Trailblazer Camp and Tenderfoot Camp:  $250 cancellation fee
Basketball, Reading, and Math Camp: $100 cancellation fee
Early Start: $50 cancellation fee
Break Camps: Fee is equal to half of total enrollment cost

If you need to reduce the amount of weeks your child is enrolled or cancel their enrollment after April 1, 2025, you can opt to credit the amount of the canceled weeks of enrollment to your account. This credit will can be used for an future Summer Programs purchase including camp enrollment and Additional Options services. Credits live in your CampInTouch account and do not expire.
